  Old, expensive, and rude staff. ‘Paz Mar?’ More like ‘Pay More.’ 4 stars only because the location is AMAZING. I loved living there in spite of all the negatives. If your looking for a cheap and easy place to live, this isn’t it. But if you like living in the harbor, price isn’t an issue, and you don’t mind the rude/lazy staff, then it could be an enjoyable experience. Edit: I changed my review a bit because I agree with owners response. I changed the word ‘overpriced’ to ‘expensive’ and added a star. They might be expensive but they are not overpriced. It is a great location. I won’t give 5 stars though because your manager (the girl who had the smartcar with the infowars bumper sticker) was the worst I have ever dealt with. She is the reason I had an unpleasant experience at Paz Mar.

  I have lived her for 9 months, I love the location and my neighbors. I have a problem with the "management team" in the office. When I first moved in I told the front office about the rain gutter leaking and coming apart. Maintenance tried very poorly to fix the issue. It continued to leak, this has been a problem for sometime as the wood on my patio has decade and looks like dry rot. Pictures were provided to the office in September. Then in January the gutter and downspout blown off the roof. So now the rain gutter that is left drains onto my patio. So the rain collected from the roof over 3 units dumps on my patio. I have brought this to the attention of the Office Managers at the time it happened, and every month since (so has my neighbor!!) They always act like it's the first time they are hearing about it!!! I have worked in the property management field before and I know this is not the way it should work. I'm done talking to them I believe it's time to contact my attorney.

  First and foremost the work crew at Paz Mar is amazing. Mikey, Rudy and the whole gang go out of their way to make my place perfect and up to date. However I am struggling with a carpet issue that the folks in the office have yet to fix. I will update this review with the end goal.

  The laundries needed updating. You guys steeped up and are revamping the laundromats. The grounds are kept clean. The apartments are spacious. The rent is at market. The staff is excellent. I’m sticking around. Thank you.
